2018 PROGRESS REPORT AND NEW PLANNED PROJECT THIS YEAR 2019
Dear my friend and brother in Christ, Bro. Mike and Mama Londa,
With the Grace of God, allow me bring to you our sincere love and special greetings in Jesus Name. My wife Beatrice say, Hi to you.
It is a blessing my brother to hear from you every time and of the great encouraging words. I am very grateful. I honor your words. May God bless you indeed.
Thank you my brother for your information and allowing me to share with you about the Newsletter for the last year 2018.
Please allow me start by saying that, our God has been very faithful here. I am always blessed by the ministry of our deacons to church members. These Deacons have done great work. I take my time in three years training them about soul wining and leadership in caring the church and by helping me in ministry, include performing baptisms, giving Lords super- discipleship – performing conferences -Performing Crusades and visitation to house to house every. These deacons preparing communion each month and welcoming new converts to the church.
After each new group of members becomes part of our church family, they are assigned to a deacon, who cares for them and pays attention to their needs and prayer requests. It is wonderful to help every new member become assimilated into the church family and see them find a place to serve…….. Appreciation is expressed to the many Deacons who willingly give of their time, talents, and abilities, and who faithfully serve in some capacity in the church program. Their labor is not in vain……….
Brother Mike, I want to confirm to you that, it is always a blessing to hear the testimonies of those desiring to join our church who heard us preaching, teaching. And they request us to plant churches in their places. This it is reflecting upon the great impact through the Gospel that we share to many wherever we are and wherever we go. Praise the Name of the Lord Jesus……….. We are thankful for the many individuals who have involved welcomed us to plant the new churches at their places as from the beginning of 2019.
My Brother Mike, one of our main objectives is to systematically teach the Word of God to many and plant many local churches where there is a call.
Brother, the bellow is the new places where we are needed to plant new local churches. Allow us please start your sister churches in Kenya.

I want to make it a true plan by the help of God. Allow me say to you that, plans are only good if they can be put into action-practice. Please pray for us for God’s provision of funds. By the guidance and help of God, we will do it this 2019 and make sure all the said places have a new “Freedom’s Hope church”. Hope you will allow us form “FREEDOM’S HOPE CHURCH”. Together we can reach them.
PLACES WE VISITED IN 2018:
God enabled us to visit some places whereby we had the above Gospel meetings.
We visited 8 places.
- The number of souls saved whom we reached with the Gospel this past year 2018, were 560 people. But they go into their local denominations.
- People who were delivered are 89
- People who were healed were 66 people
- God provided miraculously with donations from the generous giving of our church members here, whereby they donated towards 5 new sewing machines of the widows ministry and ministry too,. Each new sewing machine costs @ $ 250 USD.
ORPHANS MINISTRY:
Also our God had given a special place in our heart about caring orphans in order to fulfill God’s promise as it indicated in the book of (Psalms 12:5, Psalms 68: 5-6 and James 1:27). “ Pure And Undefiled Religion In The Sight Of Our God And Father Is This: To Visit Orphans And Widows In Their Distress, And To Keep Oneself Unstained By The World.” We are happy that, it is Our Mission To Serve In The Most Effective & Efficient Way Possible. By doing The Most Good, We Can Change Lives Forever! Amen…….
In our community, there are a great number of orphans that are forgotten and aborted completely. Through the working of the Holy Spirit, God reached down through His Holy Spirit and touched our life through the testimonies of the orphans around our community on how their life challenging is. Most of them, they do not go to school, no beddings, no clothing, medication when one get sick, no one cares of them.
These orphans they were walking house to house seeking food. Whereby when we reached the villages with the Gospel, the orphans gave their testimonies on about their life experience and challenges that, they each are living in distressed- depressed- neglected – poor – oppressed – poverty, hungry and not going to school. They had no hope of living again. No smile at all. Other orphans were attending in our church.
We therefore brought 25 Orphans under our care program. These orphans are currently living in the families of our church members. We are felt that, God has touched and given us a passion to give them a loving environment than where they were before we met them. These are a wonderful expression of love and are in need of love and mercy, with their very own….. This program we registered as, COMMUNITY BASED CARE PROGRAM – { CBO }.
We are reaching out to help these hurting orphaned children in our community. These children bear the marks of loneliness and desperation. Their basic needs are being met by the contribution of our church members.
Beatrice and I, we had organized another program whereby, these 25 kids do come into our house thrice a week for their special lunch meal on every (Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sunday).
MINISTRY NEEDS:
- The purchase of 15 sewing machines for widows @ $ 250 USD total $ 3,750 USD. This is a onetime offer gift of donation.
- Purchase of orphans beddings for 25 orphans @ $ 100 USD total of $ 2,500 USD. This is a onetime offer gift of donation.
- Monthly support toward the orphans and ministry @ $ 50 USD per child x 25 Kids total $ 1,250 USD per Month. This total amount it includes food, clothing, medical and schooling.
- Permanent structure housing – shelter for the orphans. This will cost us total of $ 18,557 USD. This total is a onetime gift offer of donation.
OUR WORKING PLAN TOWARDS THE PROJECT
A-MONTHLY REPORTING FOR PROJECTS (Its income and expenditures)
We shall be reporting every Month to the sponsor / donor / you Brother Mike and Mama Londa and the main office USA about the income and its expenditures of every project.
B- YEARLY ANNUAL PROGRESS REPORT FOR EACH PROJECT
At the end of or beginning of every year, we shall giving an annual progress report once per every year to the sponsor through you Brother Mike and Mama Londa and the main office USA.
Every Orphan shall write his / her a thank you letter to his/ her sponsor once every year.
These reports shall give the sponsors / donors an eye-light of the ministry here.
Photos of the project / group photos and individual photo shall be sent to you my Brother Mike and Mama Londa and the main office in the USA.
Projects progress report will be positive about the project as possible.
C- HONEST & ACCOUNTABILITY
We will like to be honest and realistic about reporting and in communication about every project. We feel that, we will have practical possible to maintain a good level of communication between the ministry here and you Brother Mike and Mama Londa and the USA Office. Through this reporting and communication, we will build a strong relationship between these offices.
D-FINANCIAL SUPPORT
With the donation/support that is designed by the sponsor/main office towards to the project or a proportion of money received from you my brother Ashley and your main international office, will be used to the purchase an item requested by the ministry here and receipts to be sent by electronic to you Brother Mike and Mama Londa and to the main office USA.
E-ANNUAL VISITATION
We would request an Annual visitation to our church here and be able to see on how these project is going on.
We would suggest that, by coming for a visit here by the sponsors from international, will help a good and close monitoring.
We believe that, the plan for Annual visitation can be put in place to make sure that, we are right in operating these projects. This will maintain sponsorship and the income the project provide. This will give regular monitoring and evaluation of the activities and the project progress. Regular assessment of operation will train us do better. This field exercise shall be done to promote learning, experience sharing and exchange in order to open health channels of communication through dialogue and teamwork to ensure Orphans’ ownership of the projects and widows’ project. The donors shall be responsible for giving project direction.
F-PROJECT MANAGEMENT
The project shall be managed by Board of trustees. The Board will provide policy and implements the policies and programs of the ministry to every project. The ministry here will run its projects in collaboration with you my Brother Mike and Mama Londa and the National Organization main office USA.
I am therefore requesting you my Brother Mike and Mama Londa, please to extend your heart and passion of service and financial support to our church here so we work together as one family and we can reach many to God’s Kingdom.
